📖 Synopsis

School teachers have a hard time disciplining students and often lack the authority needed to maintain order in the classroom. As teacher authority continues to collapse, serious social issues begin to emerge throughout society.

In response, the National Assembly and the Minister of Education pass an amendment to the Act on the Protection of Teachers' Rights. A new government agency, the Educational Rights Protection Bureau, is established.

Na Hwa Jin is a member of this special bureau. Together with his team, he is dispatched to troubled schools where they are granted authority to educate and discipline students without the usual restrictions.
